    Ingredients

Key Ingredients found in Prime Dreamz™:

    Magnesium
Stress can deplete the body’s reserves of magnesium. Magnesium promotes a healthy nervous system and supports the body’s ability to relax muscles. Magnesium, a mineral, functions as a coenzyme, promoting normal nerve and muscle function, regulation of body temperature, energy metabolism, DNA and RNA synthesis, and the formation of bones. The majority of the body’s magnesium, about 60 percent, is found in the bones. Magnesium is involved in over 300 metabolic reactions and is necessary for every major biological process. It is an alkaline earth metal and exists under physiological conditions in its divalent state. Magnesium is intimately interlocked, biologically with calcium, and they cooperate in supporting the normal production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP).

Nearly 75 percent of the American population fails to consume enough magnesium in their diets; therefore supplements may be warranted in some cases, particularly for those concerned with bone metabolism.

    Passion flower
Passion flower has a long history of use for promoting relaxation. The dried aerial parts have historically been used as a mild sleep aid.

    Chamomile
Chamomile has been used for centuries for its calming effects. Calming effects are attributed to the flavonoids, including apigenin, which acts as a lignad for the central benzodiazepine receptors. Apigenin competitively inhibits the binding of flunitrazepam.

    Melatonin
Melatonin is a neurohormone produced in the brain by the pineal gland. The synthesis and release of melatonin are stimulated by darkness and suppressed by light, suggesting the involvement of melatonin in circadian rhythm and regulation of diverse body functions. Levels of melatonin in the blood are highest prior to bedtime. It is found in animals and in much lower concentrations in plants. Melatonin is synthesized endogenously by the pinealocytes of the pineal gland, and the essential amino acid L-tryptophan is a precursor in its synthesis. Supplementation of melatonin has become popular as a possible aid for sleep. Studies have shown some promising findings.

    FAQs

What causes the occasional inability to sleep?
  • Stress
  • Noise
  • Extreme temperatures
  • Jet lag — change in time zones
  • Side effects from medication
  • Excessive amounts of caffeine
  • Smoking cigarettes before bedtime
  • Drinking alcohol before bedtime
  • Expecting to have difficulty sleeping and worrying about it
  • Irregular sleeping habits
  • Excessive exercise close to bedtime

How much sleep do I need?
Adults should try to get eight hours of sleep each night. More important than the exact length of time in bed is if you feel rested when awakening and have energy throughout the day. If not, make changes to your sleep environment and allow more time for sleeping.

What are the benefits of good sleep?
Sleeping well each night will reduce stress and irritability, improve your energy and concentration, and boost your immune system.

    Is Dreamz habit-forming?
Dreamz should only be taken occasionally as needed to reduce the length of time it takes to fall asleep. If you feel the need to take Dreamz more than four nights in a seven-day period, you may have a serious sleep disorder and should consult your physician.*

    Work Grind=Need Sleep

I bought this product and i am only 22 years old, so i thought I'd give it to someone older than me. I have trouble falling asleep when i work tight shifts and I'd always use melatonin but it never seemed to slow down my brain activity. Last night i had to sleep from 5pm-10pm cause i just got off wkrk at 5pm and had to be back at 11pm, then stay up till 10pm that next day.... so i tried prime dreamz. I fell asleep within 35minutes feeling tired and i woke up at 10:20pm feeling so rejuvenated and ready to get up for the day. Ive been working and training and i am so focused. Ive never experienced such relief and alertness with having little sleep. I am more that recommending this product to everyone, including my age group!

Best sleep in a long time

A friend recommended this product to me after noticing I could not rest at night. I would be exhausted then I’d hit the pillow and my brain would go into overdrive. I have taken this product past two nights and have gotten a full nights sleep and woke feeling good not groggy at all. No side effects what so ever. Thankful I found this all natural alternative to medications that have side effects and left me feeling sleepy all day. Thanks Cyndy

50% increase in deep sleep [instantly]

I am a Wellness Coach. Turn your sleep into income.... PRIME DREAMZ TESTIMONY: DEEP SLEEP! If you don’t get it, you suffer. Human growth hormone is released in pulses during deep sleep, and interruption of this stage abruptly stops its release. Deep sleep also resets your brain improving cognitive function [memory, learning] 2 of my clients, measured their sleep rations. They were both on the low end of the spectrum for getting DEEP SLEEP. Using Prime Dreamz their DEEP SLEEP ration increased by @50% in one night and took them from the low end of acceptable to OPTIMAL LEVELS OF DEEP SLEEP. In one night. One clients went from 10% to 16% - the other from 8% to 15%. [For their age over 60 - 16% is optimal…]

83 years old Mom uses Dreamz

My 83 years old mother has problem sleeping at night. She was using prescription medication to help her go to sleep. She started to use Dreamz the last few days and said it is helping her to fall asleep quicker. Along with Turn Down, both products are giving her quality sleep at night. For myself, I use Dreamz only when I need it. It's great help to get to a quality deep sleep!! I would recommend this product to anyone who have problem falling asleep at night.
