Awesome

I have been taking the B-Complex for over 2 years now and it is hands down the best B out there. I just started taking this CoQ10 and have been adding it to my B-Complex everyday and like it very much. I love the quality of these vitamins and would recommend them to anyone looking to start a vitamin supplement. I have used GNC in the past, i almost gave up on vitamins all together because they used to make me sick(nauseous). This vitamin does not and you can really start to feel a difference with in a week of taking them. I am trying this CoQ10 because i have higher collateral and would like to see if this supplement may help reduce it a little

I am loving all the Isotonix products. I take a pint jar, measure out a week's worth of each of the products that I use (taking 5 so far) and mix them together in the jar. Each morning, I take out one heaping tablespoon of the Isotonix mixture, add it to water and drink it. Works for me!!
